2. The CHARACTER of our Father

a) Is holy (Luke 1:49)
b) For our sake (2 Cor 5:21)
c) Deserves glory (Rom 11:36)

3. The CALLING of the Disciple

a) Acknowledge the name of the Lord above your own (Luke 18:9-14)
b) Aim for holiness and avoid apathy (1 Pet 1:14-16)
c) Hallow His name:
i) In Prayer
ii) In Witness
iii) In Secret
A disciple of Jesus should glorify and set apart the name of the Lord from all creation due to the greatness of His character and His goodness towards us.
