Trust in Him at all times, O people;
Pour out your heart before Him,
God is a refuge for us.
Last Sunday we considered the command of Jesus ‘This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you’ Where love abides, God abides!
Wherever you find love you find self denial! what a challenge to all of our lives! The King of love wants a people of love!
Wasn’t it lovely to spend time together at lunch after the service last week ! Many thanks to all those who worked so hard to serve us in this way. It was a blessing to us all.
This coming Sunday morning, God willing, we will be looking at John ch.16 and in particular at the person and work of the Holy Spirit. In the evening service we will be continuing with the theme of ‘The Church’. Please pray for the proclamation and reception of His precious word.
How was your Growth Group? Are you currently involved in one? Are you seeking to love one another and support one another?
Do look at the notice sheet. It has a number of different opportunities for serving the Lord among us here at Bridge.
Please do think about our church weekend at Cefyn Lea. This is a great time of fellowship and getting to know new friends. If you intend to go please put your name down on the form at the welcome desk. We need to have an idea of numbers by the end of January,
Please remember to be a good neighbour and not to park your car in Isleham Close.
Please pray for those who are unwell;
Do uphold Mike and Trish during their period of sabbatical.
Please continue to pray for God’s protection, provision and presence to be with us and for heartfelt unity and love.
Keep trusting, keep abiding and keep loving one another!
With much love
