About Our Summer Camps

We'll be heading off to Quinta again this year!

 

For children in years 3-6

A wonderful opportunity for younger children to enjoy outdoor activities, make new friends, and learn about the Bible in a fun, supportive environment.

Dates & Costs

Camp Dates

The dates are 9th-15th August at Quinta, SY10 7LR.

Drop-off: Saturday 9th August at 1:30pm

Collection: Friday 15th August from noon

Camp Cost

The camp will cost £240 per person.

Further details about payment methods and how to pay in instalments will come with the payment details in early June.

Additional Donation

As in previous years, if you wish to provide an additional donation of £20 to support Camp you can indicate this in the form when you register. This helps us cover the cost for those for whom meeting the cost is more difficult.

That same week, (2-6 June) you will receive an email to confirm that you have secured a place. That email will contain payment details.

2nd June 2025

The deadline for payments is the 25th of July, 2025. If you haven't paid by this date, or been in touch to let us know about payment, then your place will be given to the next person on the waiting list, or be offered out through Bridge Kids or Bridge Youth.

25th July 2025

The week commencing 28th of July, 2025, we will send final information. This will include a kit list, and final details and any other information you need.

Registration Process

We are SO excited about Camp 2025. The last couple of years have been incredible and places have gone really quickly! So, to help us manage that better and to make it fair for everyone, we're doing things slightly differently this year.

  • Registration for a place will open on 25th of April 2025. You will be able to register for a place by following the link at the top or bottom of this page.

  • Registration is going to be open for five weeks. It will begin on Friday the 25th of April, and will close on the 2nd June.

  • If camp is over subscribed when registration closes on 2nd June, we will hold a draw for the places from all those who have registered. If you have registered, but not been allocated a place in the draw, you will be automatically added to the waiting list. If camp is not over subscribed, everyone who registers will be allocated a place.

  • 1. Register, Don't Book

    Please note: By clicking the register buttons on this page, you are registering for a place and NOT booking a place with this form.

  • 2. Confirmation Message

    You will get a confirmation message saying you have registered for a place.

  • 3. New Allocation System

    We're no longer doing a First Come First Served basis.

  • 4. Camp Capacity

    For Youth Camp, there will be 75 places for campers.

    For Kids Camp, there will be 60 places for campers.

Transport Info

  • Like last year, we're asking you to drop your young people directly to Quinta Hall , SY10 7LR, on Saturday 9th August for 1:30pm.

  • Please stay around to enjoy a coffee and cake with us before you say goodbye (by 2:30pm please!)

  • At the end of the week, please come to collect from noon on Friday 15th August.
